About the therapist and EFT

My Philosophy
You or your partner are not to blame. The negative pattern that arises between you are at fault. Most people have the best intentions but have not learned how to express them with empathy and show up for their partner with a flexible mindset. Once that is incorporated into daily life the relationship dynamic will change effectually.
Most conflicts are not about the topic — it is about the emotional cycle inside you. When couples or teams feel unheard, unsafe or disconnected, predictable patterns of expression emerge: Criticism. Withdrawal. Escalation. Silence.
My work is about identifying those patterns and support you in creating new postive patterns of feeling safe, seen and valued.
I believe in:
-
Emotional clarity over emotional chaos
-
Clear structure over unconscious behaviour
-
Responsibility over blame
-
Courageous conversations over avoiding openness
-
Long-term change over quick fixes
Strong relationships are not built on perfection. They are built on emotional safety, trust and the willingness to repair. When our closest relationships are aligned, we lead better, live better, and love better.
About EFT
- Emotionally Focused Therapy
Strenghen emotional flexibility and repair conflicts
EFT is a highly effective, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy, suitable for individuals, couples, and families seeking to strengthen emotional bonds and relationship growth.
Widely recognized for its ability to foster emotional healing and psychological well-being, EFT empowers you to build stronger connections with yourself and others.
EFT emphasizes processing, understanding, and transforming emotions, and is not about symptom relief. On the contrary EFT dives into your senses here and now and seeks to help you see how you process emotions -not thoughts -through exploring how you are affected by the physical senses in your body. This fosters deeper emotional awareness and attachment, making it highly effective for relationships.
Read about EFT by visiting the international organisation ICEEFT with more than 10.000 members trained as psychology or psychotherapy therapists.

"EFT helps you break negative relationship patterns and rebuild lost connection.
You will learn how to recognize and express vulnerable emotions.
So many of us have not been taught how to express our emotional needs
without feelings of fear, blame or guilt.
The result of EFT therapy is a deep sense of internal freedom to express yourself."
