Great Relations
EFT sessions

What is EFT?
EFT is the therapy model we are trained in, and serves as the foundation for our development of knowledge and programmes.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is constantly evolving based on rigorous research into what supports close relationships, helps rebuild broken connections, and re-establish loving and safe bonds.
Did you know studies show that up to 75% of couples who receive EFT therapy resolve their crises, while up to 90% experience significant improvements in their relationships?
This makes EFT effective even for couples at high risk of divorce.
Online EFT Couples Therapy
Our online sessions are designed for couples who value flexibility without compromising depth.
The process follows a clear, structured EFT model:
-
Identifying negative interaction cycles
-
Understanding emotional triggers and attachment patterns
-
Rebuilding trust and emotional responsiveness
-
Strengthening long-term connection
Many clients appreciate the structured and goal-oriented nature of Great Relations approach to therapy. We organise the therapy in clear phases, offering direction and measurable progress rather than open-ended conversations.
Programmes begin with a 12 session foundation. Deeper work may extend depending on the needs you have as a couple.
After each session, you receive a written follow-up summary with reflections, dialogue suggestions and key insights to support integration between sessions.

" I find EFT to be the fastest most valuable method
for building strong, healthy, long-lasting relationships whether you are in a preventive need or seeking to find your way in a challenging relationship.
My clients all tell me how they benefit from the therapy from the very first sessions.
It is so rewarding – also for me as a therapist. I feel I can truly help people."

In-Person Couples Group Sessions
An exclusive group couples therapy experience led by EFT therapist and executive coach Vibeke Hartkorn.
Based on the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy, psychological safety and systemic coaching, these sessions are designed for couples who aim to strengthen their relationship while learning from other couples experiences through new insights, guided exercises and connective dialogue.
During the session, couples will:
-
Gain deeper understanding of emotional dynamics
-
Work privately through guided couple exercises
-
Participate in group reflections and shared learning
-
Train dialogue to strengthen trust and connection
All couple conversations remain private. Sharing in the group is entirely voluntary. The format allows couples to work on their own relationship as part of the workshop while benefiting from a structured, supportive and confidential group environment.
Sessions last 3 hours and are designed for groups of 4–10 couples.
A structured, safe space to reconnect and grow — together as a community.
A clear and caring path forward
