Confidentiality in Therapy and Coaching
Great Relations treats all information shared in connection with therapy, coaching and counselling with a high level of confidentiality.
Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
We do not disclose information about clients to third parties without consent unless required by law or necessary to protect a person’s vital interests.
Access to such information is limited to individuals within Great Relations who require it to provide the relevant service.
Booking, Online Meetings and Data Processing via Third-Party Platforms
When you book a session, workshop or other service through our website, your information is processed through our website and booking system operated by Wix.

When you participate in an online session via Zoom, certain information such as your name, email address and technical connection data may be processed by Zoom in accordance with its own privacy policy.
These third-party providers may act as data processors or independent data controllers depending on the specific service.
Great Relations seeks to work only with providers that comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Where personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this takes place based on approved transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Online Sessions and Recording of Meetings
Sessions may take place online via video meeting services such as Zoom.
Great Relations records online sessions as a general rule. Recording will only take place after prior notice and with the explicit consent of all participants.
Where consent is provided, recordings may be used solely for the purpose of creating written notes or summaries from the session. In such cases, the recording may be processed through a transcription tool powered by artificial intelligence, such as Transkriptor.com, in order to generate a transcript or summary.
These notes may subsequently be shared with the participants after the session to support reflection and follow-up on the topics discussed.
Recordings used for transcription are not stored longer than necessary for the preparation of session notes and will be deleted once the transcription and notes have been completed.
Participants are also encouraged not to record or share content from sessions without the consent of all parties involved.
The transcription provider processes the recording solely for the purpose of generating transcripts on behalf of Great Relations.
Payment and Processing of Payment Information
Payments for services may be processed through third-party payment providers including:

Bank transfer
If you choose to pay via Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay, your payment information will be processed directly by the payment provider.
Great Relations does not receive or store full payment information such as credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data.

This information is used to process payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements.
